A: 45days after shop drawing confirmed by client.
Q: How I buy the goods from you and how I get the goods?
A: Normally, if the solution confirm, we can confirm the order by Alibaba Trade Assurance and arrange the deposit; we will arrange the shop drawing for you / your engineer check after deposit received; we will arrange the production after the shop drawing confirmed by you / your engineer; We will send you production pictures and trial assemble pictures before the balance release; after balance received we will release the goods. For sure, if needs we would like to arrange the shipment for you, and you may only need to do the custom clean in local,the goods will be arrive the site.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipping;

Q: Can you do the installation for our staircase / balustrade?
A: Yes, we can, we have an installation team.
Actually, our products is easy to install and no need to weld, also we will offer the installation guide to install, from the economic and goods quantity here we suggest that hire local worker to do the installation.
if needs we will send installation team to your site, there need to client pay for workers salary, tickets and Accommodation
